Accessibility Statement

Last updated: March 15, 2026

1. Our Commitment

MSP Revenue Architecture is committed to ensuring that our website and digital content are accessible to all individuals, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone should have equal access to the information and services we provide, regardless of ability or the technology they use to access the web.

We are dedicated to providing a positive user experience for all visitors by continuously working to improve the accessibility and usability of our Site in alignment with recognized accessibility standards.

2. Conformance Standard

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG 2.1 Level AA is widely recognized as the international standard for web accessibility and addresses a broad range of recommendations for making web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those with visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

While WCAG 2.1 Level AA is our target conformance level, we also aim to meet certain Level AAA criteria where practical, particularly regarding color contrast for body text and content readability.

3. Measures Taken

We have implemented the following accessibility measures across our Site:

3.1 Semantic HTML

Our Site uses proper semantic HTML5 elements, including headings (<h1> through <h6>), landmarks (<header>, <nav>, <main>, <footer>), lists, and other structural elements that convey meaning and hierarchy to assistive technologies.

3.2 ARIA Labels and Attributes

We use WAI-ARIA (Web Accessibility Initiative - Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes where appropriate to provide additional context and information to screen readers and other assistive technologies. This includes ARIA labels for interactive elements, ARIA roles for custom components, and ARIA states for dynamic content.

3.3 Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements on our Site, including navigation links, buttons, and form controls, are accessible via keyboard navigation. Users can navigate the Site using the Tab key, activate links and buttons with the Enter key, and interact with form controls using standard keyboard conventions. Visible focus indicators are provided for all interactive elements.

3.4 Color Contrast

We maintain sufficient color contrast between text and background elements throughout our Site. Body text meets or exceeds WCAG AAA contrast ratio requirements (7:1 for normal text), and all other text elements meet at minimum WCAG AA contrast ratio requirements (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text). We do not rely on color alone to convey information.

3.5 Alternative Text

All informative images on our Site include descriptive alternative text (alt attributes) that convey the purpose and content of the image to users who cannot see it. Decorative images are appropriately marked so that assistive technologies skip them.

3.6 Readable Typography

Our Site uses clear, legible fonts at appropriate sizes. Body text is set at a minimum of 16 pixels (1rem) and can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality. Line heights, letter spacing, and paragraph spacing are designed for comfortable reading.

3.7 Responsive Design

Our Site is fully responsive and adapts to different screen sizes and orientations, from mobile devices to large desktop displays. Content is presented in a single-column layout on smaller screens to ensure readability and usability without horizontal scrolling.

3.8 Reduced Motion Support

We respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query. Users who have indicated a preference for reduced motion in their operating system or browser settings will experience minimal or no animations and transitions on our Site.

3.9 Form Accessibility

All form fields on our Site include associated labels, and required fields are clearly indicated. Error messages are descriptive and programmatically associated with the relevant form fields. Form validation feedback is accessible to screen readers.

4. Known Limitations

While we work continuously to improve accessibility, some areas of our Site may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 Level AA criteria. Known limitations include:

We are committed to addressing these limitations and improving accessibility across all areas of our Site.

7. Third-Party Content

Our Site may include or reference content provided by third parties, including embedded widgets, external links, and third-party service integrations. While we strive to work with partners and service providers who share our commitment to accessibility, we cannot guarantee that all third-party content meets the same accessibility standards we apply to our own content.
