Last updated: March 15, 2026
1. Our Policy
MSP Revenue Architecture does NOT sell your personal information. We have never sold personal information and have no plans to do so. We also do NOT share your personal information with third parties for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising.
We are committed to transparency about our data practices and to honoring the privacy rights of all individuals whose personal information we collect. This page exists to fulfill our obligations under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and similar state privacy laws that require businesses to provide a clear mechanism for consumers to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information.
Even though we do not sell or share personal information, we provide this page to ensure transparency and to give you a straightforward way to contact us about your privacy rights.

However, we will honor any opt-out request and ensure that your personal information continues to be protected.
- Right to know: You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources from which the information was collected, the business or commercial purpose for collecting the information, and the categories of third parties with whom the information is shared.
- Right to delete: You have the right to request that we delete any personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions provided by law (such as information needed to complete a transaction, detect security incidents, comply with legal obligations, or exercise free speech rights).
- Right to correct: You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information that we maintain about you.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: You have the right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CPRA.
